Single Moms Winter 2019 Care Group

All single moms are invited to join our winter 2019 care group which begins January 24.

The group will meet every Thursday evening in Room A210 at 6:30 pm and will use the book/DVD series titled "Single & Parenting". Each week is self-contained so you may join at any time.

This care group is open to single moms of any age or situation. Childcare is provided. There is no cost to attend.

Dealing with Divorce-Single Moms Fall Fellowship

Location: The Venue Foyer at Parkside Church
Start Time: Thu 15, Nov. 2018, 10 p.m.
End Time: Fri 16, Nov. 2018, midnight

The Dealing with Divorce and Single Moms care groups will end their fall sessions with a combined social on Thursday, November 15.

Join us for dinner and a time of fun and fellowship at 7:00 pm in the Venue Foyer.

The group will meet every Thursday evening for eight weeks in Room A210 at 6:30 pm and will use the book/DVD series titled, "Single & Parenting". Each week is self-contained so you may join at any time.

There is no cost to attend and childcare is available. This is a group for single moms of any age or circumstance.

Single Moms Fall 2018 Kick-off Picnic

Location: Timberlake Park Large Pavilion
Start Time: Sun 23, Sept. 2018, 3:45 p.m.
End Time: Sun 23, Sept. 2018, 6 p.m.

All single moms and their children are invited to a fall kick-off picnic Sunday, September 23 at 12:45 pm at Timberlake Park.

Food and beverages will be provided. There is no cost to attend but, please RSVP to Theresa. Come and invite a friend!

Timberlake Park is located on Root Road, just around the corner from Parkside.

Single Moms' Summer Session 2018

Location: Commons Patio
Start Time: Thu 12, July 2018, 9:30 p.m.
End Time: Thu 19, July 2018, 11:30 p.m.

The Single Moms' care group will meet twice this summer on July 12 and 19 for topical discussions. Meetings will take place on the Commons Patio at 6:30 pm. Ice cream will be served. If it rains, the meetings will be held in the Commons.

The group is open to single moms of any age or circumstance. Childcare is available.

Single & Parenting Begins March 15 at 6:30 pm!

The Single Moms' spring care group session will begin on Thursday, March 15 at 6:30 pm in Room A210. We will be starting a book/video series called "Single & Parenting".

As a single parent, you know there aren't many people who truly understand the unique challenges you face. You deeply desire to do what's best for your kids, and you worry that you aren't. Sometimes, it's all you can do to survive from one day to the next. Single & Parenting is a group that will bring hope to your life. It is a group where single moms meet and find practical help & hope, watch dynamic video sessions featuring single-parent experts, the stories of single parents, and instructional parenting demonstrations, and enjoy small group discussion.
