He Will Not Leave Us in the Grave

What happens when we die? Mark 12:18-27 illustrates the folly of human reasoning and faulty conclusions regarding the surety of a resurrection. Throughout the Bible, even in the Old Testament, the promises of God point to a life everlasting. However, those who do not understand God’s power, and fail to understand God’s word, live daily without that hope. When Jesus defeated death, He made a way for each of us to share in the joys of Heaven, both daily and for all eternity. If we have claimed Jesus as our own, death will not be the end, but the beginning of the better when we are made perfect in Him.
