The Gospel to a Magician
Acts 8 records the apparent conversion of Simon, a magician whose power garnered him popularity and renown. Not much time passed, however, before Simon demonstrated his unrelenting love for power and fame. Simon's story teaches us that false belief can be driven by many things, but genuine faith is motivated solely by love for the Savior.
