A Gentle and Lowly King - Evening Sermon
Matthew 11:25-30 paints a beautiful picture of Christ to a weary and burdened world. In these passages we see: 1) the Father revealing Himself to His creation, 2) the Son disclosing truths about the Father, and 3) the Son identifying himself as the Christ. With each revelation, we see a bigger, more glorious picture of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. In Him alone is rest, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
